Dr. Saba is absolutely the best Rheumatologist in this area. She saved my life. My hands were so painful I wasn't able to do every day tasks. Dr. Saba changed my life.

I've been coming here for a few years now, and I have always had very positive experiences. I recently changed doctors to Dr. Saba as my doctor moved to another area. She is wonderful. I felt like she really listened to me and answered all my questions fully. Staff is terrific! Very happy with this doctor and office!

Dr. Saba is TERRIFIC! I would not go to anyone else for my Rheumatology needs! I travel 45 minutes to see Dr. Saba as I would never see a Rheumatologist in my home area. Dr. Saba is so patient, answers all of my questions, provides me with options and is very compassionate and caring to her patients. Her knowledge and experience put me at ease. I was going to her office in Reston which the office staff is terrible to deal with. I transferred to her Leesburg office and could not be happier with the Leesburg office staff.

I was amazed to discover how difficult it was for me to find a rheumatologist near Leesburg that met my standards. One doctor, the lead physician in her group, came into the exam room wearing a filthy lab coat. I was so shocked that I was glad she didn’t have to treat me. Four years later when I needed to see a rheumatologist I was referred to the same doctor but refused and went on my own search. In reading the reviews about Dr. Saba I felt very positive about her and decided that I would tolerate an inferior staff to see her. I was delighted to discover from my first call to her office in Lansdowne that everyone on her staff was pleasant and very helpful. I told Dr. Saba how surprised I was considering the reviews and she admitted that there had been changes. I cannot say enough about Dr. Saba. She is kind, thorough and went beyond my reason for the appointment to do some blood work to give me some reassuring information. I am so grateful to have found her and wish I could encourage anyone in this area seeking a rheumatologist to try her. I can’t speak for her other offices, but the staff in Lansdowne is terrific!

I've been going to Dr. Saba for a few years now. I too have experienced awful staff. Very rude and eating at the front desk. Not very professional. But I'm glad I stuck with it because I like Dr. Saba. She really does care about your health. I did have a very bad experience with the gentleman that takes your blood work. He was very rude. He seemed like he was hacked off to be there and hurt me while taking blood. I never feel that but that day I did. When I got to my car I had blood running down my arm. I went right back to their office and had them clean my arm and I said I was never to see him again. He took whatever was wrong with him out on my arm. I also left a detailed message for Dr. Saba. She said they do not work for her but she was going to talk to his Supervisor. She did personally call me back. They are always late with getting me back to the room, but I think it's because like everyone else says, is she doesn't rush. I personally don't want her to rush with me, so I accept it.

I have been a patient of Dr Sabas for many years. The reviews of her office staff are no longer relevant and she has new people working in her office. She usually does run behind however it is because she never rushes me do I am sure she doesn’t rush other patients either. I m do glass the change in office staff occurred a while back cuz I use to dread having to call in for a problem with the insurance or problems getting a prescription refilled. I call now and it is usually taken care of the same day without any rudeness. I am glad the staff changed because I was very close to finding a new doctor because it was too stressful to deal with the staffs. Thank you to Dr Saba and the other doctors in the office for listening to your patients and changing the staff accordingly. I always told Dr Saba when I would see her if I had a problem with the staff and feel others should tell their doctors too. You won’t find a better doctor than Dr Saba

Saw Dr. Saba in Reston 3x in 2016. Staff is very unfriendly and uncaring/incompetent. X-ray done there was useless to ortho doctor. No report of my visits were given to my primary care. Blood work done in their office each visit; when they called with blood results, I was told I had inflammation and Dr. would talk to me at next appt.; next appt I just had more blood work. STILL WAITING on MRI results I had done 10 months ago!!! (Primary care gave me results.) They called a few days after MRI was done, left message for me to call back for results....when I called back, they said they had no MRI results for me. Dr. Saba was ok, but it was the staff that made me never wanting to go back!

I have been a patient of Dr. Saba in Lansdowne for several years. She is very knowledgeable and really cares about helping the patient. Concerning her office staff I think they are very efficient, helpful and know exactly what is going on. I'm very surprised with all the negative reviews as I have never encountered rude front office staff or rude nurses. I've never seen any "old" receptionist there, just the younger staff that has been here every day for several years. I do have to say that Dr. Saba always seems to be running behind seeing patients so I take that as she is not rushing patients out the door and cares about the quality of their care. I've just learned that when I go for my appointment, it is not going to be on time but it is worth it for the care I receive from Dr. Saba.
