Dr. Icaza was super nice and attentive. His assistant Sandra is very sweet and has excellent manners to deal with the elderly. Very pleased with the doctor and his staff.

Dr. Icaza has been great for my parents. I am glad we were able to find a really great neurologist in NB. No more driving into SA for this appt and since I usually have to take time off work to go with my parents, this saves me a lot of time.

Dr. Icaza has helped me manage my neuropathy. It does take a long time to get an appointment, but he is worth the wait.

I have seldom dealt with anyone so rude and unprofessional. I still haven’t had my migraine medication called in. Even after I called the office and didn’t get a return phone call. I have complex ptsd and have been seeing a trauma therapist for this. And he kept saying I had severe psychological issues. This is not what you do to someone who is dealing with tons of stress and has gone through severe trauma. And then just not follow through with giving me the medication I needed. If this is the compassion that you have please stop practicing medicine and teach or go into something else where you are not going to add to peoples psychological issues
