I have been seeing Dr Hassan since my concussion since 2013 for my symptoms. He is very understanding and is very easy to talk to and listens to what you feel. He has been giving me excellent care throughout my injury.
Tracey is excellent and very kind. Thank you Dr. Hassan you are an asset to Thunder Bay.

Waited an hour and 15min to see him. Staff was nice and apologized for the wait.
Once I did talk to him, we did simple vertigo tests even though I told him I've been through all this before and no doctor knows what's wrong or why I have dizzy spells. He told me it's normal and that "it's good that I pull over if I'm driving while it happens." and that's it. No explanation for why it happens, he said it's all in my head. Yeah no kidding! Then he wanted another hearing test even though I got a referral appt through a hearing test place and spent $60 for it. His test was over an hour wait...

Office staff is patient and communicate clearly.
The doctor is often hard to Under due to his accent. He takes offence and is impatient when asked to slow down or repeat or explain his comments. He takes shorthand notes and sends to a scribing office for data entry. A misunderstanding or miscommunication about medications resulted in a he said/she said situation, and my suspension of drivers’ license. I now must bring an accompanying adult to appointments with him, and take notes on my phone. I’d look for another neurologist referral but my GP is closing her practice and I know lol ne’er have clinic services. 😕 My second last appointment I was waiting for an hour to see him.

As the daughter of someone who recently had a stroke, I have to say Dr. Hassan was very inappropriate and unprofessional. He refused to speak with me knowing my Mother was not able to comprehend what he said to her earlier that day. It is only due to my persistence and a refusal to leave the Nursing station that he finally spoke to me.

Horrible bed side manners... came in the room asked me my symptoms and did a couple reflex tests and literally walked right out and never came back. The staff told us we were done.

If sure if he had some training in patient communication he would be a good dr. But he isn't willing to go an extra steep and over for the other drs in this office while on vacation. Mean while I'm falling many times. Because of the new meds. His answer not my problem would it kill him to see me for 10 mins

His answer wait
