Dr. Koeppel has a terrific manner with patients and parents. She is cautious, but not alarmist, if she sees something that gives her cause for concern. She seems very knowledgeable and is willing to explain medical terminology and medication. I have nothing but praise for the care my child has received from her over the last 2+ years. The only drawback is that I sometimes (not every time) spend a long time in the waiting room, but I appreciate Dr. Koeppel's care of my child so much that I don't mind.
