I've been seeing Dr. Bachra for many years and Dr. Moore previous to that ... back in the days when the practice was located in Woodwards! Dr. Bachra is amazing and not only provides exceptional optometric service but has such a comprehensive knowledge of overall eye health. She identified a number of serious issues with my eyes and was very proactive in making referrals to opthalmologists. Great chairside manner and so focused on customer service. A real gem in our community! Thank you, Dr. Bachra!!!

I have been under the care of Dr. Bachra for several years and have consistently found her to be exceptionally knowledgeable and compassionate in addressing my medical concerns. It was for this reason that I immediately thought of her when my friend inquired about an eye care emergency and I recommended seeking treatment from Dr. Bachra. Additionally, the staff at the practice are known for their friendliness and understanding.

Have had two emergencies in the past two years and each time the accommodated me and gave me an appointment a.s.a.p. Needed a specialist and they were very good at getting the requisition in and I am still amazed. Indeed a nice new place now, if you come early enjoy the view.

I sought out Dr. Bachra on recommendation of a friend and I have no regrets. She's absolutely great. She is thorough, kind and really great with educating me on my issues. She also understood how one of my other issues impacts eye health and sees me every six months now, and doesn't leave me feeling like I'm a burden. I'm impressed with the level of care I receive and I feel fortunate to be able go to her for eye care.

I came to see Dr. Bachra last year sometime and had an amazing experience so I came back last week for a follow up. Their new office is super cool, new and pretty and of course Dr. Bachra is still my #1 for eye care and eye exams. I really like her as an eye doctor and highly recommend that people visit her. Very professional, and super smart.

I only go to Dr. Bachra after being seen by so many optometrists who don't seem very competent. She is super nice but most importantly, professional and very intelligent. I will take a super experienced optometrist any day over some newer on who just tells me what I want to hear or just tries to make me feel good. I don't need or want a bunch of talk and petting like a cat. I want the best eye doctor and I get that with Dr. Bachra.

It had been a few years since I got an eye exam with Dr. Bachra and realized they had moved to a new location. Nice exam rooms and newer, nicer place. Dr. Bachra was nice, friendly and informative as usual, and yes my vision got worse because heck I am 66 in a week. LOL. I really enjoy Dr. Bachra and give her 5 stars. :)

Dr. Sureen Bachra has been practicing in B.C. for almost 20 years and has had an A+ rating with the BBB every year since 2009. Dr. Bacrha is both an Ortho-K specialist as well as a Hard Contact Lens Specialist as well. Moreover, she is well known to be one of the most experienced and knowledgeable Optometrists in the New Westminster / Burnaby region. Having been voted #1 Best Optometrist almost every year since 2008, her friendly style is popular with customers far and wide, serving patients from as far away as Abbotsford, Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, North Vancouver, as well as areas much closer like Richmond, Surrey, Delta, and of course Burnaby and New Westminster. Dr. Bachra is always available for new patients and has a very large senior and child population she manages every single year.
