I had 2 phone consults with 2 different eye specialists because I didn't want to go see a doctor during COVID and they told me nothing was wrong with my eye. When I talked to Dr. Bachra on the phone, she knew what was wrong right away. She had me see the eye specialsit in her office the same day. Thanks for saving my vision!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bachra for over 12 years. So kind and excellent at giving me and my entire family excellent eye care. I have gone to two other optometrists in the past and she is the best in my view. The staff are also very polite and personable. That is tough to do with our masks on. But they pull it off.

Just visited the new location on 5th Ave in New West. Wow. Totally new and awesome. Had another eye exam with Dr. Bachra. She did a nice job as always.

I had a terrible experience here. I was treated very dismissively by Dr. Bachra, she seemed completely distracted during my eye exam. I asked her what was wrong and she walked out of the room and left me sitting there.
Didn't say anything, just left.
So I left also after sitting there like a fool for 10 minutes.

Visited Dr. Bachra yesterday and once again, I was impressed. She is so nice and totally knows her stuff. I love it when an Eye Doctor really is knowledgeable and can explain things to me when I have questions. I have been going there for years. Will continue for years.

Love Dr. Bachra and her staff. One thing I have noticed is that there are a lot very difficult people who come and get eye exams and I have watched how these folks, many are what they call DHR, the low income folks, who argue and bicker because they want stuff for free or whatever. The staff are so patient with them, but they are unbelievable how they act. I think some of these reviews are from them, because they are just difficult people - I see it everytime. I have to come see Dr. Bachra often due to my eye condition and since she gives free eye exams to seniors and kids, she gets alot of these low income patients and they are the ones complaining the most. Weird since they are getting very low cost eye care. In any case, Dr. Bachra is amazing and wouldn't go anywhere else. These other reviews are strange to me. I have never met any optometrist and nice and cool. Just sayin.

Just had an eye exam today with Dr. Bachra. She is so nice and her staff, just as nice. Very professional and takes the time to hear me and to understand what concerns me. Awesome.

Every year I come to Dr. Bachra for my annual eye exam. As my vision has gotten worse, she keeps me informed and every year or two I end up getting a new set of lenses. Everyone is so wonderful, polite and clearly they know what they are doing. My experience has been great every single time. I recommend Lifetime Eyecare to everyone I know.

Dr. Bacrha is both an Ortho-K specialist as well as a Hard Contact Lens Specialist as well. Moreover, she is well known to be one of the most experienced and knowledgeable Optometrists in the New Westminster / Burnaby region. Having been voted #1 Best Optometrist almost every year since 2008, her friendly style is popular with customers far and wide, serving patients from as far away as Abbotsford, Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, North Vancouver, as well as areas much closer like Richmond, Surrey, Delta, and of course Burnaby and New Westminster. Dr. Bachra is always available for new patients and has a very large senior and child population she manages every single year.
