Doctor Ibrahim and his staff are very caring, polite, and helpful. We are lucky that while during the lock down when most doctors didn’t visit their patients in person . My family is very thankful because we always had the peace of mind that our doctor was available for us. He is very knowledgeable, attentive and caring. He makes fast decisions for treating and doesn’t hesitate to book you for specialists when it’s necessary for your health. He does his best to help his patients in best way possible. The Farmacy staff at his clinic are also very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and polite to their patients. Thanks to Doctor Ibrahim and his entire staff and coworkers. ❤️🙏🏻

Dr. Ibrahim is a good listener. When it he come into the room, he'll listen to you and help you with your situation right away. The receptionist is very nice and very caring .and really polite. He sometimes does gets the patients anxiety high. How ever he is ok doctor .

Dr. Ibrahim is a good listener. When he comes in the room, he'll listen to you and addressed the situation right away. It is appropriate that he'll send you to any radiology or lab test if there is a concern. His receptionist will give you a call to follow up the report especially if it is ASAP. Receptionist is a hard-working employee and tried to help both Dr. Ibrahim and patient all at the same time. It might be a busy clinic and long wait time, but it's worth it.

I must have lucked out ,he had no hesitation in sending me for complete x-ray showed me results then gave me copies for personal info , He is a doctor not a magician always allowed me to see my records on the screen explaining causes and effects of scripts , busy man , if he is running late receptionist tells you up front with estimated time wait. appointment

Over the past 8 months, I found out he is knowledgeable Dr and he could notice some of my health issues which my family doctor ignored for long! I'm glad my family is in right hands now.

HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! The doctor at this facility is my husband's family doctor. He called and booked an appointment for me(his wife) for today. After I waited patiently since March 2020, I finally felt a bit safe to visit him. I waited for approximately 30 mins before I saw the doctor. He enters the room and we begin conversing as I recounted my symptoms to him. He stops me and begins to search on his computer for my name. Then, he asks for my health card and leaves the room with it. He returns to tell me that he is not accepting NEW patients and he can't help me. I am confused and upset at this point because I am thinking HOW and WHY am I considered a NEW patient??? AM I not considered a family member??? I left withtout my health concerns being addressed, and totally upset. Not returning to this doctor. Enquired if they billed the government, no answer given.

It's my 3rd year of having him as my family doctor. Vary professional, nice and gentle. I never faced a situation when I felt like I am waiting unnecessarily. His diagnosis is always been accurate and he always provides thorough explanation

Dr Ibrahim is an amazing doctor. He is hope in an otherwise broken system. Dr Ibrahim has always been attentive, warm, he listens and he gets answers/results. He makes time for his patients and he’s always listened and addressed my every concern. He comes up with care plans that allow the best results and adjusts as needed. He was also able to diagnose and identify issues that I had seen other doctors for who just blew them off.

I’m thankful for Dr Ibrahim, and the time he puts in for his patients.
He makes himself available 6 days a week and you never have to wait long to get an appointment. Lots of times where I’ve been able to get in same day.

His reception staff are also amazing and friendly.
The pharmacy staff are also amazing and hardworking.

Dr Ibrahim, his receptionists, and pharmacy staff have always gone over and above to ensure I get the best care. I will continue to be a patient under his care for as long as he continues practicing.
