It took about 3 weeks for my son to be seeing by doctor for a physical. After my 1st and only visit here I decided to change my son primary care doctor. The staff is rude and unhelpful. The doctors seems as he could careless. I have been calling since November trying to obtain my sons lab results. I sent a medical records release request and 2 months later still nothing. I have called the office and get the run around. First I called it's on the doctors desk waiting to be reviewed, 2nd time our fax was down so we didn't recieve the request. His office staff is lazy and incompetent. They brush you off to the next person and by the sound of it if it's not in their job description they won't do it. They are rude and refuse to help you. I just called again today and before I could finish explaining the problem Muriel told me call back in a very rude tone. I told her that is was very rude of her to cut me off. She said ma'am you are the rude one. I am beyond glad I changed my sons doctor and WOULD NOT recommend you to go here.

I went to this dump today 03/14 for an appt. at 9:30. Sat there till about 10:15 finally they call me to do some paperwork. Okay fine then I'm taken to another room to wait with 5 other people. Then some of the other patients were called in for vitals by an incompetent medical assistant reject. I'm called at 11:15 only to be told that to Doctor won't be there till around 12:30-1 ..WHAT!! but you made my appt. and the other patients appts between 9-10am. More than one patient told me that he always comes in when he wants to and the nursing staff has a high turnover. I only allowed them to get my weight and I said I'm good I'll go to another Dr. This place is just like going to a county clinic. Very unprofessional! I learned that this Dr and his wife whom also is a Dr there are able to conduct shade practices such as this because we allow them. There are way too many other places to get healthcare versus putting up with this mess. Very bad experience and a waste of my time.

I told N.A. Anakwenze MD I was there for a referral to the OBGYN. He said we do women's health here.I said I’d prefer an OBGYN. I then said I’d prefer a female physician.He asked Why? I said because i'm a woman & I am more comfortable with a woman.He went on about why I would want to go elsewhere when I can see him.I said I was going to leave since I was not getting what I came for. He said he could send me to his wife’s office on Manchester. I told him I was not comfortable going to her office because my experience at his office had not been pleasant. He was fuming & asked what was so unpleasant.I said that cleanliness & lack of professionalism was an issue. He yelled saying he saw 25,000 patients a yr and that he’ll do the referral but I can leave his office. I told him I did not even want a referral from him. He then blew up & called me “Dumb, Ignorant, & Ugly” several times! Victorian Care Medical Center in Inglewood is providing subpar medical care & needs to be shut down.
