Has been my Dr for 8 years. Rushes you in & out. Today he said to me to find another Dr to take the pressure off him. Nice and caring NOT. He said he's under so much pressure he doesn't have time to talk to his patients. Very rude & aggressive manner

Dr Alexander has been my Dr for some 17-18 years and although I moved from the area a decade ago, I still drive the hour up there just to see him because of his politeness and way with patients. People often mistake his seriousness for unfriendliness but this is far from the truth. Couldn't recommend higher.

Hello. My name is Jacob Mckissock. My family had an appointment with Dr Richard Alexander today 14 of June. This was there first time seeing him. It was my 1 year old daughter Mylee Mckissock and my 17 year old brother Joshua Mckissock who were the patients. He was apparently very rude and careless. My little brother is a bit overweight and the Dr made a comment to him saying If I was your dad and laughed. I find that to be offensive and so did my brother. Saying that my brother and I lost our father last October. They were rushed in and out and my brother also has a sore back and the Dr made it very clear that he didn't care and wouldn't put it on his work certificate which his job contains a lot of heavy lifting. My family and I will not be going there again. I don't want any action done but I wanted the surgery to no in the future to be a bit more polite especially to good people like my family.

He is honest and considerate with the young and old, you only have to ask one of his patients like me. He gets back to you when he says he will and never keeps you waiting
