I am in shock of the horrendous experience I had under Dr. Trukhacheva care at RMI Oakbrook. Scheduling errors, vital medical oversights, contradicting results and incorrect prescriptions were made with my treatment. I was often confused and overwhelmed with next steps due to lack of communication. When I voiced concerns, I was belittled and yelled at by nurses, even hung up on by Laura when she told me my phone conference appointment with Dr. T was canceled (without my knowledge or permission.) Based on personal exp from previous fet treatment here, this office has taken on a very lax approach to patient care which is not a good match for successful and stress free fertility care. I decided to leave, mid-treatment, when it made very clear Dr Trukhacheva would not even return a call to her patients, despite being in tears over the nurses actions and treatment. The Dr didn’t even return a call to my primary doctor when I was having a side effect to the prescription she very recently prescribed me. Either Dr. T has no idea how her staff treats patients or she doesn’t care, hard to say which one is worse. I would have much preferred to share my experience privately with the doctor but the employees at RMI decided I did not deserve such opportunity.

Absolutely most horrible experience. Expected to wait for about 2 hours every time. Nurses and Dr T are very hard to reach and hardly return any of their calls. The process of getting pregnant is hard enough and stressful. I don't need a dr that doesn't communicate results with me. Will be going somewhere else.

So excited to have been recommended Dr. T and her team at Team RMI. Dr. T is personable and friendly and got right down to business! Her staff and team were encouraging, positive, and great to work with. We were pregnant 6 months after starting and couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Dr. T. and Team RMI!

I can't rave enough about the nurses at the Chicago office. They are absolutely wonderful. My experiences with Dr. T was limited but when I did talk with her she was wonderful as well. She is very knowledgeable and understanding of your situation. When I did get pregnant which actually ended up naturally, Dr T staff was so happy for me. I never looked forward going to a Dr as much as I did going to RMI. I was extremely sad to leave them but I will certainly go back to visit.

After seeing a few doctors at North Western who were very cold and I felt just looked at me like another chart, I found Dr. T and her wonderful team. On our first appt she gave me a hug and told me that we would get me pregnant. She was absolutely wonderful, kind, & knowledgeable. Her staff consisting of Leslie, Stacy, Lupe & Annie were all so great and they made the difficult situation more manageable. Leslie was my rock thru it all, explaining everything and making me laugh at the same time, love her! I felt they really cared about me and were just as happy as I was when we found out I was pregnant :-) I could not have gotten thru it without these ladies and I would 100% recommend seeing Dr. T! On our final appt we all got teary eyed because it had been a long journey but we had gotten there and I was very sad to have to say goodbye to the RMI staff, thank you again... Ashley

Unfortunately this was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. I must be spoiled with the other doctors I have, who are kind and professional. I also can't say that I've ever written a review for anything, but felt compelled to warn women/couples struggling with infertility and seeking a knowledgable, professional and compassionate doctor. Don't waste your time (literally) - we waited over an hour in the waiting room for her to show up, without any apology or a meaningful explanation.

Dr. T is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and kind! I would recommend her to anyone trying to get pregnant. Her practices worked the first time for me.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Trukhacheva and the Reproductive Medicine Institute. I have never met a more dedicated, compassionate and ever-available physician. Dr. Trukhacheva is exceptionally intelligent and knowledgeable, and has excellent bed-side manners. I would highly recommend this phenomenal specialist to anyone with infertility issues. I would also like to add that her staff are highly professional, very approachable, and truly caring. The availability of many satellite offices and facilities, all of which were of highest quality, have made my treatment and care convenient and pleasant.
