I have been seeing this doctor for some time now and I am very unhappy with the practice. The staff never answers the phone, you are put on hold for five minutes and more and then when you finally do get to speak to someone they can't give you an appointment because they have overbooked for the day and there is no room for emergency sick visits. You are told to go to a walk in or the ER. What is the point of having a PCP if you can't get in to see them when your sick?? I worked for a PCP for thirteen years and NEVER did we turn away an established sick patient! Very unhappy with this practice and will be looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Skalsky is a very nice doctor, when you meet with him he is very kind and personable...that is when you can get an appointment to see him. He is my PCP yet I have come across two situations when I really needed to see him and was refused day after day because his schedule was booked. I think it is absolutely inexcusable to have to go to a walk-in center when you have a PCP. This has happened to me on more than one occasion. My calls to the answering service were not returned and when I finally spoke to someone at 8 am I was told that all the emergency appointments were gone...for the next three days....how is that possible? What good is a doctor if you can never get an appointment. Although it is nice to have an office with just one doctor that knows you it is not worth it when you can't get an appointment in an emergency situation. Better make sure you plan your illnesses with this doctor!

Dr Skalski is a very kind person as well as very competent doctor. He has taken the time to listen to me. I appreciate his manner and his treatments. Thanks for letting me express my feelings. He has treated me for COPD and my Sugars. I'm also a dibetic. On one visit he had sent me to the hospital by ambulance from his off. Another time he told my daughter to get me to the hospital right then. I trust is opinion so far and would recomend he to anyone. A few words about is staff. They are effecient and polite. When I call and am really sick they get me in to see Dr. Skalski ASAP. If I have a question about my medication ao about something medical his nurse if very good about getting back to me thank you for letting me express my opinion, sincerly Helen

Dr. Skalski is the best doctor I have ever gone to. He is very caring, has a sense of humor, is extremely pro-active and actually cares about the health of his patients. He is on top of his profession and works very hard. I admire and respect him and always happily recommend him to my friends.

Doctor Skalski will personally greet me by name with a how are you, a smile and a handshake each time I visit. Genuinely takes the time to listen carefully, answering all questions and addresses all my concerns directly with a clear explanation followed by asking me for my input on any options and an approval of a positive plan of action. All results have been excellent thus far. I have been to many doctors during my 50 years and I can tell you from experience that he is one of the best that I have seen to date. Highly Recommended!

This is the sweetest most caring doctor I have ever met. He is great at figuring out whats wrong quickly and managing both my chronic and acute conditions.
