Dr. Pacos is an amazing therapist. She has gone out of her way many many times for me. I really owe it to her for keeping me together when I was struggling.

I haven't met the doctor, but as soon as I called to make an appointment, I didn't even want to visit the doctor. The person who answered the phone had no custumer services skills at all, and was very rude. Even though they show "medicare" on their website, they told me they are not taking any patients for individual-therapy right after I asked if they took medicare. What kind of practice is this?
