All of my 3 preemie children have used Dr. Sevigny since birth and she has been terrific. She is very gentle and approachable with the kids (this is great since 2 of mine are quite shy) and always answered any of my endless questions patiently and thoroughly without any sort of attitude at all. I have never felt rushed in an appointment, I have waited for her but I expect that in any pediatrician's office. I have always gotten an appointment right away for illness with a nurse practitioner or Dr. Mark Gilchrist and that has gone well. Some of the office staff can be a little brisk at times but overall, I have found it to be a very good place.

Went there to get some help for my daughter. She was a victim of a crime and needed a therapist. At first they were very understanding and said the would call with a list. Well they called me and told me they could not help till after the court case was over. I am in complete shock by their attitude. I have never heard of such a thing and after talking with other professionals they were just as shocked. They gave us some bull about not wanting to influence the pending criminal case. So in other words the hell with her health we need to cover our collective asses! I guess the medical profession is not only getting very expensive but they could care less about their patients. Buyer Beware with this group!!!!

First of all, Dr. Sevigny and Gilchrist are knowledgable pediatricians. If they weren't, they wouldn't have a medical degree! If the nurse practictioner subrscribed a wrong dosage, it's her fault, not Dr. Sevigny! And furthermore, Dr. Sevigny is an extremely busy woman with more patients in one day than any other private physician that I have ever met. I don't want to sound rude, but it looks like the previous comment came from a seventeen year old mom who is as literate as a second grader. My experiences with Dr. Sevigny have all been positive ones with a friendly and fast service. Without her, or the staff, my child might not have survived. I highly reccommend Dr. Sevigny!

gave my 4 year old daughter a prescription that could have killed her according to the pharmasist thank god for him and when i called to find out what happen the front desk would not let me talk to her with out saying what it pertained to when i described what happen they said they were not at fault and the prescrition was right before even knowing what the amount was for the dose after talking with the docter it 3 hours for them to look in to what happen before they returned my call tosay it was a mitake on there behalf sence that the docter has not seen my daughters all we get is the nurce practiner who is no better because they seem to have a high turn around rate sence we have seen 3 new one in 2 years
