I had heart diagnostic testing done at the hospital. Dr. Ali left the procedure room during testing and was not present during cruecial point in test. Dr. Ali's staff authorized testing for me after I obtained another cardiologist; also I waited for weeks for authorization because the staff took too long to request it after my appointment and then asked for a test I had already had instead of the test the Dr. had ordered.
