This doctor is a quack and ignores patient's complaints. My mother who is almost 60 has hypertension and feels the pills he prescribed her are not working for her and Dr. Minh advises that my mother isn't feeling such symptoms and that she's too young to feel them and completely disregards her testimonies. He constantly offers quick fixes and doesn't diagnose problems appropriately.
