Dr. Prechter was incredibly inappropriate during my visit. She was rude, condescending and even tried to "quiz" me on my past medical history when I didn't fill-out my patient information form to her liking. That may not sound so bad, but she was clearly intentionally patronizing me. She also brought up the Bible numerous times during my appointment. I have no problem with anyone's religious beliefs, but it's very inappropriate behavior during a Pap smear, especially during a first visit when she has no idea who I am. I would NOT recommend her to people, and I would actively dissuade anyone from going to see her. I found out a friend of mine had a similar uncomfortable experience with her. I felt uncomfortable the entire time, and unconfident in her ability to do her job. Whatever medical school graduated her should raise their standards. She is an embarrassment to the profession.

Looks like no news is good news since I'm the first here. She was recommended to me by someone who loves her and now I do too. Open and easy to talk to. Praised me on things I was doing right for my body and instructed me on the things I was doing wrong, but I never felt attacked or belittled.
