I am not sure why and how Dr. Ross has a 4 plus rating on google. If there was an option for rating a 0, I would do that. I got fooled by the google reviews and went to her. This is my first ever pregnancy and without talking or discussing anything with me, she started doing all the testing/pelvic exam/ultrasound. She was really rough while examining me and handling the ultrasound probe. She told me my pregnancy is not viable and not in the correct location and I should be prepared for a miscarriage. I broke into tears hearing the news and asked her some questions which she wasn’t able to answer. She was confused and it seemed like she didn’t know what she was talking about. She kept looking at her watch and seemed like she was in a rush. After a horrible experience with her, I got in touch with another OBGYN, got myself another ultrasound within 24 hours and everything is COMPLETELY NORMAL! Me and my husband have had the worst/distressing/shocking 24 hours of our lives, thanks to an unprofessional, unpleasant and a very incompetent physician. I will recommend NO ONE to her.

Dr. Ross was extremely rude and cold. She treated me like an imbecile. She had no compassion and was very heartless.

Bizarre behavior by a doctor. Weird plastic surgery on her face was off-putting a little at first, but we gave her a chance. After strange accusations about us as a couple (she does not know us at all) we decided to switch doctors mid- pregnancy (our first pregnancy). It was a very good decision. I could never get a grasp on what she accused us of, but I suspect opioid abuse on her part. I would not suggest her to anyone.

I found Dr. Ross through word-of-mouth, by asking physicians and their spouses for recommendations on obstetricians. When I asked for recommendations, I’d often get a short list of names, but Dr. Ross’s name came up repeatedly as someone that physicians would choose or had chosen to deliver their own babies. I figured you can’t go wrong with choosing a doctor’s doctor, and her name surfaced again and again for both excellence in technical medical care and exceptional patient communication skills.

From my first appointment, Dr. Ross provided individualized attention that reflected awareness of my personal circumstances. Even when I came to a routine appointment with a lengthy list of questions, she would take the time to really listen to what I was asking, answer my questions, and explain any related issues or concerns. She was also very proactive, going beyond responding to my individual concerns to identify strategies and treatment approaches that could help prevent future issues.

Ultimately, I developed an acute medical condition (unrelated to the pregnancy) that required me to deliver my baby a little earlier than anticipated. She spent a significant amount of time with me explaining my options and the pros and cons associated with each one, which made me feel confident that I could make an informed decision. And the delivery went flawlessly, resulting in a healthy and happy baby. Throughout the delivery, Dr. Ross was calm, encouraging, and empathetic, and her mastery of the technical/medical side of things was readily apparent. With respect to recovery, I was struck by the fact that Dr. Ross’s care in the post-partum period was just as excellent as during the period leading up to the birth. She went above and beyond to make sure I was recovering as expected, giving me her full and unhurried attention just like she always had.

One person commented that Dr Ross only focuses on her pregnant patients. I'd like to quickly say that I went to Dr Ross for 4 years before getting pregnant. If you're a healthy woman, you see your OB once a year. Not enough time to build a close relationship with your doctor. She was nice and informative as any good doctor but she definitely excels once you're pregnant. As a nurse but in a totally different field, I appreciated her straight forwardness. Never rushed an appt even when I know she had a long morning/night of deliveries. She unfortunately wasn't on call when I delivered but in her defense, neither of us thought i'd deliver in 7 hours overnight. We both thought we'd see each other in the morning to deliver but baby boy had other plans. I highly recommend Dr Ross! Her nurses are also great and always returned phone calls within a day. I'll actually miss going more often since I'm no longer pregnant.

Dr. Ross has been my OBGYN since 2009 and just delivered my first child a month ago. Her guidance throughout my pregnancy was great, and it only got better during the delivery. She's very encouraging and answers any question you may have in great detail. My labor was truly the easiest part of the entire process because of the care she provided. I now have a beautiful baby boy delivered by a great physician!

Dr Ross and her staff have a wonderful bedside manner. She and her physician assistants are easy to talk to, non judgemental, comforting and throughout my first (only so far) pregnancy were supportive and helped me find laughter when days seemed exhausting and hard. They remember you. And greet you with a smile, starting your visit on a positive note. As a gynecologist her office mails annual reminder cards to make your appt and keeps great consideration in your age and your family history to stay up on Breast cancer risks. I feel lucky to have had her delivery my baby via emergency c section. She made the experience go from a scary unknown to a calm and confident situation in no time. Her care not only stretches to you and your baby but to your husband as well-they need some cheering on too and she was a steady leader for both him and her surgery staff.
