You can tell a lot about an Doctor's office by its staff. They never knew what was going on as far as results on lab work, insurance billings, etc. The doctor's wife has full control of everything and is very, very rude to both patients and referral doctors/staff when they call asking for referral forms. My husband finally got tired of them but I gave them a 2nd chance. After the 3rd conflict, I refused to be treated in an unprofessional manner and left in search of a new doctor. The doctor was nice enough but he keeps wanting you to come back month after month even though you are in good health.

Does not know lab results will not wrte a rx for ninety day supply so your mail pharmacy is useless. Wants you to see him every month to get refills. He is not competent in my opinion

Very disappointed with how billing is done. I was charged my copay and had an ear wash done since my ear had wax buildup. I was told after the procedure was done to pay $50.00 for that procedure. Never had been told that I was going to be charged. I figured they should have billed my insurance. I called my insurance and they said that the office should have billed them because I was covered 100%. I called the office back to see if they could resubmit that procedure to the insurance and that I was requesting a refund and Mrs. Heredia said that they don't submit that to the insurance because the insurance doesn't pay that much back and they take too long to pay (her exact words). Made me feel they were desperate for money and looked to see if it was to their advantage to bill the insurance. I thought it was very unprofessional. Like the doctor but after dealing with his wife, my husband and I will no longer go back. Because of her greediness, they lost 2 patients.

Staff has poor attitude, flat and rude on the phone. Dr. and Nurse unaware of current tests, treatments, etc available. Seems like Dr. just wants to collect your check. Did not address reason why I came in & forgot to enter my current medications in record. Wanted me to come in again to be evaluated again to get the prescription that I am already on renewed. Promised to call me if my labs were not normal, they forgot to call and my labs indicated serious problems. Refused to recommend me to a specialist.
