I went in with my mom as a referral from his neurologist. my mom was diagnosed last year with Alzheimer's and we are doing all the necessary exams to get the right treatment for her. We had to call to get the results after 6 weeks had gone by only to know that the results were available since prior weeks. When we had the appointment with the doctor, he stated said that the exam came out not valid and the only reason why those results would come out like that it was only because either she was faking or not paying enough attention. When my dad asked him if he was present during the examination, he said no and after we told him that if he would’ve spent with her at least 10 minutes he would realize she is mentally impaired, what did he say… WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO, with an attitude!! When my brother called later to try and get a little more information he was very unprofessional, said he didn’t have time for this and hang up the phone. This doctor shouldn’t even be practicing. He is a disgrace to the medical field.

We have been waiting for an insurance referral for my 84 year old mother for over six months, every week I'm told the same thing. The odd thing is that I call the insurance and they told me no referral is needed!

The person writing the review dated May 12, 2016, attempted to use testing to misrepresent impairments for immigration purposes. When Doctor Lorenzo refused to participate in the scheme, her daughter threatened to write poor reviews about him. No one was rude or unprofessional. Unfortunately there are people who will attempt to take advantage of others for their own gain.

This is truly defamation of character and a very irresponsible website for not screening what is published by those individuals who are out there to do harm to others. Anyone who has been to Dr. Lorenzo's office knows that the comments left below are false. The office staff is extremely professional and friendly. Patients are scheduled for neuropsychological testing with Psychometrists (individuals specially trained to administer the test). Dr. Lorenzo sees the patients when testing is completed and completes the interview with the patients (not before as alleged in the comments). Everyone is told that they will be here for approximately four or five hours and to bring snacks as well as a sweater in case they get cold. Lastly, the individual that left the comments stated that she was uncomfortable with the way Dr. Lorenzo looked at her. This sounds like a deliberate attempt to attack someone's character without merit. Dr. Lorenzo is a consummate professional and would never purposely make anyone feel uncomfortable.

This is the worst doctor ever!! I went there with my uncle for a psychological test. First of all he wasn't there when we first got to his office. The woman up front has a very bad attitude and told us in a very bad manner that he still wasn't there. Second the testing took about 3-4 hours and no one could tell me to bring my uncle some lunch or snack. By the time we left the office my uncle was starving. Third I was told that the report would take 3 weeks, it took him 6 weeks to get back at me. Overall I don't recommend this doctor at all. I also didn't like the way he looked at me, it was like he was undressing me with his eyes. Very unprofessional!
