I recently went for Botox and the treatment I got was very unprofessional... from the check in to meet the doctor! Their patient agreement paper work was not clear and blurry, no one to greet you.. even the doctor did not even ask what I am here for... just put one shot each on my forehead and not even asking if I needed my for my glabellar region ... please do not go back to her.. choose other plastic surgeons!

First off I want to say the person that had a negative experience must be confused since they stated "His" office. Dr. Kinsley is a lady! I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff was always concerned and courteous. I am thrilled with the procedure I had done. It has been 6 yrs since my procedure and I don't have any complaints. I recommend Dr. Kinsley often and many of my friends have had procedures done by her as well. I have never heard of anyone being unhappy with her work. Dr.Kinsley is an amazing surgeon and I highly recommend her. Six years later and I am still happy with my procedure and I have no regrets.

horrible experience. Went in to finally treat myself for my 50th bd. Wanted my jowls lifted. she recommended I have a thread lift, cheek implants, eyelid surgery, and a forehead lift. Well I still have my jowls, just as bad and I now have from the surgery a damaged nerve in my lip, which causes it to not have feeling (very annoying feeling). And I have these crazy bumps under one eye and a skin tag thingy on bottom of other eye (both of which I did not have before she operated on me). They said they would fix the problems, but just give me the run around. His office is extremely rude once they get your money, and actually lied to me (when I requested to cancel due to my son's illness) and told me I would not get my $500.00 back if I cancelled. Even though it was written you could cancel at that time and recieve your deposit back. In addition, the papers describing the procedure they were to do said exactly what would be accomplished and when I showed them this they changed it!

I absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Kinsley and her staff. I never felt rushed and she made me feel very comfortable from the very beginning. I will be recommending her to anyone who is in need of a plastic surgeon.
