When my almost 100 year old mother would have benefitted by Hospice he badicalky said that there are people who work for Hospice that just want to push their agenda and over medication their patients to bring on earlier death. He also could never be on time. When his practice was being consolidated with the other practices in the building all he did was complain during our visit. Really burned out, I sure hope he is retired.

This dr has no compassion for his patients. He is condescending and rude. After waiting 45 min. for him after he berated me I was in shock and left. Find another doctor, this one is a is not worth your time.

This doctor does not listen, is not willing to go the extra mile to help you. When I told him a pharmacist had told me it was OK to take a drink occasionally while taking Xanax as long as I waited at least 4 hours before drinking after taking Xanax he said then maybe you should get a pharmacist for a doctor. When told I had been on Social Security Disability he said that most people on disability shouldn't be because they were just too lazy to work. He is associated with Wentworth Douglas hospital and Portsmouth Regional. I complained to Wentworth Douglas and they have done nothing as yet so apparently they are fine with him. He also said that a PA that I knew and had said he would write a letter for me was incapable of making a diagnosis.

Does not listen to patient....has to control the situation and is not very professional and very condescending toward the medical experts at Mass General Hospital and tries to discourage patients from seeking out specialty care when faced with rare, but serious illnesses....He prefers to tell clients that their medical issues are "Psychological" problems instead of going the extra mile to find out the true cause of the patients problem....He does NOT examine, he only sits at a computer and types like mad before sending you on your way instead of listening as a doctor should. I will most certainly be leaving him ASAP and I would not recommend Dr. Randall Zielinski to anyone who is seeking Quality health care...you will NOT find it here.
