She did not request any records despite knowing I had a long psychiatric history nor did she read any clinical notes. She made decisions based on her own special interests and not my personal circumstances. She decided that I had to stop taking stimulants when there was ample information to support its use, including formal ADHD diagnosis. She decided that I didn't need to take certain medications that were prescribed by specialists outside of her scope and told me that she had a right to do so because she is licensed as a family medicine provider - I am pretty sure that does not make you a neurologist. She threatened my license based on protected health information and had no right to do so because I was not practicing in the state she saw me in.

An excellent psychiatrist with great diagnostic skills, knowledge, listens and able to connect with patients. Thoughtful with prescribing medications and takes the time to truely listen before recommending a plan and wants patient input. Open to concerns and/or ideas regarding treatment options. Appointments are on time, professional and nice sense of humor. Just great quality of care that I have never experienced with other psychiatrists. Office is welcoming with coffee/water and staff are kind and respectful.
