Dr Phillip Hom, is awesome..however, one of his receptionist named Patricia which by the way refused to provide me with her last name was probably the rudest most unprofessional front desk person. I had simply called to provide the doctor previous health records and she assured me that she could not help me or provide me with a number to send these forms. No email to forward them. No fax number..NOTHING. She then left me talking on the phone and hung up on me expressing an otherwise inappropriate tone of voice as if she was so frustrated with answering my call. Dr Hom, is in no way well represented by this staff member.
