This idiot diagnosed my wife as having early signs o dementia without any testing. The neurologist that is currently seeing my wife said that what he did was unethical. Why? Because he is my brother in law. You don't treat family

I was examined by Dr. Houtz on 2nd and the 9th July 2013 and took a battery of psychological tests. It has been 112 days and I still cannot get a report from him or his office. I was told by one of the office workers (Claudia) a copy was sent to my referring physician however his office has no record of ever receiving it. Claudia told me she would send me an electronic copy, so far this has not happened.
