1) He listens to your whole without interupting before he answers. 2) He is not afraid to say "I don't know but I'll find out (very rare) 3) He is not threatened by other doctors who have rendered a diagnosis and will often call them to make sure he is understanding what you really need. 3) His staff is exceptionally professional, friendly, caring and efficient. 4) His office could be used as a model for how a medical office should be run. 5) If you need 10 minutes you get 10 minutes, if you need an hour you get an hour (although for longer visits you might have to wait for brief periods as he takes care of other patients.
