I wasn’t the patient, my fiancé was. We were understanding that COVID hit and things had to be pushed back but to call my fiancé up and literally tell him that he needs psychological testing but she refuses to do it is NOT okay and the CEO of Beth Israel Lahey Health will be hearing about this. She does NOT deserve to be a doctor at all.
