I just changed my doctor after some bad experience.

Never an issue with the front desk and the doctor does know his practice. Unlike other robotic settings, Dr Victoria actually listens before making an informed diagnosis.

If I could I would have given 0 stars. We had terrible experience with this doctor and his staff. Yes he does prescribe strong harmful medicines. Horrible staff, 0 bedside manners, 0 knowledge. We left this practice after we had a terrible experience which cannot be shared here.

Poor service, incompetent staff and the doctor. doctor has poor bedside manners, a lot of air in his head, thinks he is the all-knowing unfortunately, but has absolutely poor diagnostic ability, he will prescribe ahrmful medicines without a second thought.

He is not a knowledgeable doctor. It appears as if he does not know what kind of treatment the patient needs and seems not to care at all.

Nurses are very compassionate, but the front desk staff in not. The doctor is very curt and almost rude interacting with his patients, does not explain or discuss issues well. Not ready to give time and listen.
