We have been visiting Dr. Jacobson for over 8 years. The first visit was an in person interview while searching for a pediatrician a couple of months prior to our son's birth 8
years ago and we have seen her multiple times a year since. Shas always been great and attentive and easily reached by phone if needed. We highly recommend her!

Dr. Jacobson is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when you actually get to see or speak with her. Her staff on the other hand is extremely rude and condescending. From comments below, it really is a shame to see others have had the same experience. This should not be a reflection on Dr. Jacobson but unfortunately hard to separate the two.

Will never take my child to this doctor again, and I hope this review persuades other people to avoid her. After a long discussion with my wife, where my wife specifically told her that she wanted to delay some vaccinations, Jacobson was very rude and disrespectful to my wife. Finally, she allowed my wife to sign a document specifying that we were refusing certain vaccinations for now, but then she had the audacity to still order the "refused" vaccination behind my wife's back. Then the nurse came into the room with 3 shots, when we knew it was only supposed to be 2 shots. My wife asked her what was the 3rd shot for, and it was one of the shots that we wanted to delay. My wife told her again that my child was not supposed to get that shot, and the nurse still gave him the shot right in front of my wife, with her excuse that "it was already ordered, there's nothing we can do". Completely unprofessional and negligent from the nurse and the doctor. This could have put my child in danger, and I hope he doesn't have any consequences from it. Avoid this place at all cost. I'll make sure to put this review on all sites available.

We love Dr Jacobson! She is an amazing Doctor that takes her time with her patients and she is also very knowledgeable. Highly recommend her.

Excellent first visit. She took her time with my granddaughter and listened and addressed every issue. We did not have to wait, but even if we had, she is worth the wait.

Really rude staff and even longer wait times. It was such a disappointment as she was recommended and was said to not have long wait times. However every single appointment I waited OVER an hour, sick or well visit. The office is run down and the office manager is very rude on the phone when I called about a billing issue ( that was their mistake). We have switched providers and much happier.

Dr. Jacobson is an excellent doctor. She is great with both of my kids. Takes her time with us and is always on time for appointments. We couldn't be happier. Totally recommend her!

Perhaps she's a decent dr, but you are so annoyed by the time you get to see her due to the long wait times. I would def recommend another office. I waited for like 2 hours to meet her while I was pregnant. I did not wanna endure this for every sick visit and well visit. Also the waiting area is a little run down and does not have separate areas for sick and well children.When I asked the did not have certain times for newborns the other office said they prefer newborns 1st thing or right after lunch - less sick children in the office at those times she said. I found another dr office that has much wait time and actually a good dr.
