She refused to listen to concerns about extreme pain and attributed back pain to poor posture, when the poor posture is the only thing that relieves the pain. This was explained to her and she rejected the explanation, she maintained: "your posture is bad." When asked about a possible diagnosis she stated "I've never heard of that" and would near nothing more about it, despite it matching many of the features of my illness. She was condescending and made a "deal" about only ordering an MRI if physical therapy was tried, despite PCP referring to her TO HELP GET the MRI in the first place. Horrible, rude and upsetting to talk with. Hope to never go back to Catherine Keating, but she may be the only game in town for back and spine.
