He isn't who he says he is. He is cold and arrogant. Spends no time with his patience and has an ego bigger than anyone I've ever met. I went to him looking for a miracle and instead have a nightmare. Just left his office in tears and was escorted out because he wouldn't listen to me about my pain. Worst mistake of my life was going to him for my surgery

Micro damage done, seroma, an abscess and burns from silver nitrate, stich pulled out of abscess.

I can't sleep or eat and in his eyes - it's beautiful and nothing ever went wrong.
He's a dangerous doctor.

Very satisfied, office staff extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Koller gave me injections into a nerve that was giving me much pain from a previous hernia surgery from a different Doctor in Naples, Fl. I got such relief form the injections within a matter of a couple of minutes. Very happy!! Dr. Koller also took all the time to answer any questions that I had, did not feel rushed at all. Very happy with my results.

The staff reported a $35 fee that was not collected after a surgical procedure visit. They then reported this supposed fee to a collection agency. The staff seemed disconnected to the issue and proceeded on with the belief that this is a valid charge even though it was to be considered part of the surgical procedure.

Had the surgery, and the dr didn't come see me til the next day and even then he was very short with me! Went to see him for a check up and had to wait 30 extra min and then he ripped my stitches out and told me that all the pain I feel is normal and to try not to sneeze or cough! And when I asked a question he cut me off and shot me down like I was a fool!

Dr. Koller's website (winterparkherniacenter.com) specifically says that they work with uninsured patients. This is what convinced me to make an appointment there instead of elsewhere. After waiting for almost an hour, I saw Dr. Koller. He recommended a laparoscopic bi-lateral hernia repair even though I only had a hernia on my right side. His justification was that it was likely that I would later get a hernia on the other side. Medical literature suggests that I have about a 10% chance of that becoming a reality. Dr. Koller told me I should expect to pay about $10,000. Instead, I flew to Montgomery Surgery Center in Maryland, where Dr. Kravitz repaired my hernia for $1,900. My incision is less than 2 inches long. I am fully recovered and I saved thousands of dollars.
