Great doctor, but, WORST staff ever - No return calls, do not seem to know how to submit insurance claims.

Dr. Rumalla is great as a Doctor, very knowledgeable and helpful. I've almost left him twice because of his front office staff. Seems like patients bother them by interrupting their weekend stories and behind the glass door they must be good at talking and working because I hear a lot of it. Call backs never happen, I've tried rescheduling my appointments before but nobody picks up nor do they call you back. I wish Dr. Rumalla knew that because of his staff I'm not the only person considering finding another doctor. And time is money, if you schedule me for an 8 am. appointment, I'll be there at 7:30 so it would be nice to get in at 8 as scheduled not 8:45.

Dr. S. K. Rumalla is a great doctor. He's thorough and executes the details of medicine
& care for his patients. He's is always a willing listener.

I have been going to Dr. Rumalla for 14 years. He is a very excellent doctor and I trust what he tells me.
