It is impossible to get anyone to call you back. It takes months to get an appointment and they will not give you a refill while you wait for the appointment. It is almost as if they try to purposely be unhelpful and uncaring.

Rusty did a turp surgery on me which was a complete failure. 2 years after Rusty, went to the Southeast urology group on Yates road and they got me fixed up. Sure wish I'd gone there first. Dr Saslawsky is a great urologist

Dr. Shappley and his nurse Leah are great!! He is one of the most intelligent and caring doctors you will ever meet! Been with him since 2014, and can't imagine using anyone else!

Do not allow this guy or his dad to operate on you, especially to do an implant for urinary incontinence. If you do, your condition will worsen and another doctor hundreds to thousands of miles away will have to remove it and repair the damage it caused in your body for there's no one in Memphis who can do complete removals. Horrible doctor, damaged me a good deal and I'm only in my early 40s! I'm recovering from a surgery with a good doctor who removed the mesh mess Shappley left behind. Healing is timely, inconvenient and painful. Stay away from this medical group of urologists.
