Five star rating for the best pain management doctor and staff. This doctor really knows physical medicine. Staff are professional, courteous, motivates the patient to work on physical
therapy which is a vital part of treatment. I have had sports injuries with many surgeries.
Medication never helped me very much. Under the guidance of Dr. Chen I am able to study Tae Kwon Do hoping to achieve a black belt. I feel good all the time. I have also been helped with a diet that has given me energy. Dr.Chen Thank You. At age 73 you have given me my life back. I work full time and enjoy a very active life.

Cautionary note! This doctor is being audited by the state of New Jersey for pain management medication/ prescriptions. Dr. Chen and other associates (unnamed) will NOT prescribe pain medication for you. The doctors will try to coerce you into agreeing to having an implanted device trial for local painmanagement ( one area). The device costs $30,000 and will often not becovered by insurance. Dr. Chen will take your moneyand not provide you with any services in the end. He has poor communication with patients andrushes an exam, doesn't take the time to find your needs. Dr. Chen is unethical in taking other people's moneyunder the pretext that he will provide pain management care. He keeps you coming back and keeps taking yourmoney. He is the worstdoctor in New Jersey!

When I booked appointment,I specifically requested appointment with Dr Boqiing Chen and in Hillsborough. After filling paper work I am put in filthy room divided into two by a dirty sliding curtain. I wait and wait..finaly a office staff looking person shows up asking my neck pain related questions thinking that he will provide this input to the Dr. BUT NO! This person just writes me a prescription for Physical therapy and says call me after therapy, which, by the way I never used.I didn't see any Doctor around but only a bunch of harried looking staff rushing around.ISN'T THIS CHEATING? I AM GOING TO APPROACH UNITED HEALTHCARE TO RECOVER HIS IMBURSEMENT.I ish I had known about this site before.

I booked appointment and specifically requested the doctor I book my appointment for. BUT when I show up, they simply said the doctor is not here today, you have to see his partner - who is terrible and is just a residence i think. THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME WHEN I BOOK MY APPOINTMENT. also, the office is poorly run, they delayed my MRI appointment because they're a mess. I had to call my insurance company to follow up. Because I follow up with them at least 5 times and was told some one will call me back, but NO ONE DID!!!!!!!! ISN'T THAT THEIR JOB? DOCTOR IS ALWAYS IN A RUSH AS THEY BOOK MORE THAN THEY SHOULD

Had previously been screened at another physical therapy center, but not by a doctor at that center. Dr. Chen diagnosed my pain using acupuncture and a few other tests (stretches and electrical). After that visit, the pain was gone from my lower back. Before visiting Dr. Chen, I was in pain daily(scale of 1-10, a 7). While stretching did help ease the pain, the visit to Dr. Chen relieved 99% of the pain. The remaining pain is almost unnoticeable. I do attend his physical therapy center, but it's more like a spa experience (the feel, not the look).

Should be very knowledge, but urge patient to use his expensive physical theropy. Little effect, change doctor with Lidoderm patch, works great. He knew this, but purposely hide this best and cheap way to patient. This delay the remedy intime , just in order to get more monry from patient regardless patient's pain. Dihonest and immoral. Not recommended at all!
