Front desk was not most pleasant. Waited 1 1/2 hrs to be seen. Doctor was very calm and patient. Took time to explain everything to my son.

Dr. Mendelsohn has taken care of my children for years. He is s kind, caring physician who communicates clearly with his patients. He has performed a tonsillectomy on one of my children, the surgery and follow up were simply first rate!

My children have been patients of Dr. Mendelsohn for many years. He is an excellent caring physician who takes time with my family and discussed his treatment plan clearly. He has performed a tonsillectomy on one of my children, and ear unes on another. He put my family at ease, and both had no issues with their surgery. Simply the best !

I brought my child hear when they were experiencing an ear infection. Dr. Mendelsohn really took the time to my my child feel at ease throughout the whole visit. He saw us right on schedule, we didn't wait long at all. The staff was also very courteous. Would definitely recommend.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I asked to speak to an office manager after and they left me waiting on that too. Called to speak to an office manager put on hold long time.
This doctor shouldn't have a job in my opinion.
He has NO bedside manner and made the rudest comments imaginable about my lifestyle like he's sone paragon. I wish I had the personality to tell him off. So after treating me like a baby like he knows all he showed he knows nothing. Contradicted my doctor and pretty much called my doctor an idiot. You would have to be unconscious before this guy would diagnose you with anything. You will wait forever to be seen here. The waiting room is unpleasant. Worst ENT experience of my life.
