Only does done visits right now. I was told she would call me between 4p and 8p. Then wouldn't call until well after 8. There were times I missed it and went without my medication. I finally got a new provider after having to be hospitalized for almost 2 months

My mother has been seeing this awful “therapist” for over 20 years. She is extremely over medicated because of Sherryl. Since the pandemic she has been doing her visits over the phone and Sherryl is still several HOURS late! She was supposed to call at 3:00 PM and called at 7:00 PM! She is taking advantage of an elderly, mentally ill woman and has been for years. Finally my mom is starting to realize how awful she is with the help of some of the other reviews I printed out & had her read. We’ve begged & pleaded with mom to switch to someone else but Sherryl has her convinced she “needs” all the drugs she has her on, which is ALOT and at high doses with no medication management or actual talk therapy going on even though she bills her insurance for 40 minutes or more! Now Sherryl is too lazy to fill mom’s prescriptions at her preferred pharmacy because it’s “too much work” for her to look up what she needs! I’ve communicated the family’s concerns about mom being over medicated to several of her doctors, begged them to help us convince her to get more professional help, with no luck! Sense mom is considered “competent” I can only do so much! Mom has to ask for a change. But she’s basically a prescription pill addict & Sherryl is her dealer. Do not let your vulnerable loved ones go to this practice! They will absolutely not get the help they need and will be frustrated with the long waits and awful treatment and way over prescribed medications. It should be shut down.

Please RUN from this woman! She overprescribed benzodiazepines to me for years and now, over 20 years later I’m still struggling to be free of benzodiazepines. She has no concern for her patients well being, future or lives. Amazing she has a license to practice anything after all this time.

Nurse Sheryl Rosen is unbelievable. Always late always an excuse !! She Doesn’t listen , she gets angry and talks over you z d huff and puffs about how busy she is after waiting for her 2/3 hours I have been going to her for over 3 years and she just do t know me like she should. It’s like our first appt every month. She is not practical . I see why she sucks she is PILLPUSHER arrogant RUDE RUDE CRazy lady

She pays more attention to the voice recognition program in her computer than to what her patients are saying. I’ve never met a more unprofessional person in my life. She takes the cake. Eating while seeing patients?! Patients knowing more about medication side effects?!? Can’t trust her judgement.

Literally the worst experience. My first appointment I waited nearly 2 hours. I got to the appointment at 120 for a 140 appointment and was still waiting for HOURS. I wasn’t out of there until 430, 3 hours later!!! Asked the staff multiple times what the hold up was and was just told I was the next patient. Then I waited another 15 minutes after they said she was , “about to call me.” They drug test you and don’t prescribe meds if you smoke legal marijuana. Kind of a rude women and I definitely will not be going back there. Bad location too.
