From the initial consultation through the vasectomy procedure and the follow-up call and text from the doctor checking in on me, his care was absolutely first-rate. My experience was virtually pain free, I'm on day 2 now and I have almost no pain. The no-needle method used to administer the anesthetic really is remarkable and painless. He talked me through the entire procedure and really put my mind at ease, because let's be honest, it's not easy for any guy to pick up the phone and make the appointment. Dr Benderev and his practice are very efficient while also personable and sensitive to the patient's concerns. Everything from the initial consult through making the appointment and having the procedure completed was smooth and painless. The Dr and his staff are readily available for any questions that may come up during recovery, which definitely helps ease your mind. In all honestly, the itch from growing back pubic hairs has been the most uncomfortable part of the entire recovery.

I had originally scheduled a vasectomy with another doctor and the day of my pre-op consult I was so uncomfortable I walked out of the office. A coworker recommended Dr. Benderev and I decided to give it another try. Dr. Benderev provided a completely different experience, he was very personable and thoroughly explained the procedure putting my mind at ease. The day of my procedure I was still a little nervous but the doctor again explained everything that was going to happen and I felt better about it. The air blast numbing thing only feels like a light rubber band snap then I didn’t feel anything else for the rest of the visit. I sat with ice for the next day and everything is healing up nicely. I will recommend Dr. Benderev to anyone considering a vasectomy.

10/10 would recommend. I didn't even realize had started the procedure and then he said we were done! Why would I put my wife through any surgery when this took 10 minutes and a half day of slight discomfort. No pain, absolutely fantastic!

Dr. Benderev did such a great job of explaining every part of the procedure while making sure I felt as comfortable as possible. Explained all risks and concerns and made sure to address any questions I had.

The procedure took less than 20 minutes, I barely felt the anesthetic being applied, and I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure. No needles is huge bonus and Dr. Benderev operates through such a small incision that there is no need for stitches and it healed up within a day or so. Recovery was fast, spent the first day and a half resting and felt ready to go back to normal activities from there. Pain was maybe a 1/10, acetaminophen and ice packs made it barely noticeable if not completely gone.

I would 100% recommend Dr. Benderev and his team to anyone looking for a vasectomy, and advise a vasectomy to any couple over any other surgical option.

Highly Recommend!!! After discussing with my wife we agreed we did not want any more kids and as I did my research and read reviews it was a easy choice to go with Dr. Benderev. Dr. Benderev was amazing and far surpassed my expectations. The process was clear, informative, and Dr. Benderev made it a comfortable as possible. Fellas if you are thinking about getting a Vasectomy done, and are anxious and scared don’t be !! Let me start off by saying his staff is great. I called in and they got me in on short notice. Took care of everything over the phone. I’ll I had to do was electronically sign some documents that they emailed me. The price point for the procedure is great sense I was coming out of pocket for the whole thing due to not having insurance. I arrived early and I sat in the waiting room longer then it took for him to do the procedure haha! Super fast no pain! The no needle or stitches thing is AWESOME!! I was a little sketched about all that. Can’t lie when I tell you I felt no pain at all. You honestly get in your head all week and the day of and it’s so crazy how opposite it is! Simple and easy recovery. 2 days you’re icing on and off just like a sports injury and then taking it easy for a week depending on your occupation. I chose to buy the sample boxes to send in for testing which is and additional cost but saves you time and are able to do it from the comfort of your home! Couldn’t be happier with my experience! Guys if you have questions, look at his website! He goes over everything you could ever want to know. He’s very professional and personable. Chatting with him during the procedure is cool, takes the edge off of things and makes things less awkward. Final thing I have to say is I thought it was rad that he txt and calls you from his personal number to check in on you!
