I started seeing Dr. Bette about two years ago. Her knowledge is very good I do find her to rush most of the time and feel like I am still asking questions as she is walking out of the room finding that to be very rude.
Her availabiility has only gotten worse throughout this time with coverage from a Dr. who tends to say commonly
' I dont know you so I cannot help you". Over all she is very nice and a smart women however her staff is absolutly horrible. Just plain nasty and usually make the decisionj on whether or not it is nessesary to a patient to see the Dr accprdomg tp the persons symptoms and honestly it is non of there bussiness. I actually wonder if Dr. Bette is even aware? Who knows but its long past time to find a new Dr. who one can count on being there for them and listen to their needs and most of all have a caring and friendly staff. Two friends have left already with the same issues/ Really sad to have such knowledge and run or actually not run a bussiness like it should be done.

I cannot praise Dr. Bette enough. She is the best doctor in the world. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and is personally interested in your problems. I recommended her highly.

Always explains clearly what is going on and when applicable offers you options on treatment, fully involving you in your health care decisions. Speaks to you honestly and directly, never talking down to you. Not always punctual, but when she is with you, gives you the time you need and is fully engaged in you and your health.
