She was the only one who evaluated my symptoms, diagnosed my condition, explained the test results, and made recommendations that I am following.

Dr. Begali has been extremely helpful to me in providing an effective neurocognitive evaluation and assessment, as wee as in weekly follow-up counseling sessions. Dr. Begali is very professional while also maintaining a warm personal approach. I highly recommend Dr. Begali if you have brain fog/cognitive decline-type issues needing to be evaluated.

I found Dr. Begali to be exceptionally unprofessional and lack the etiquette of a doctor. After completing my intake appointment, I was forced to reschedule my testing appointment, which I did via email only to be “ghosted”. After following up via phone with the front desk, she replied to my email that she “concluded” that I was not committed.

I would expect this response following a no-show or after 2/3 attempts to reschedule an appointment but not only one with a two week advance notice. I understand it must be frustrating when patients reschedule their appointments, because it was frustrating for me to have to as well but there was not only an absence of effort to communicate further but an active avoidance of doing so.

I continue to see Dr. Begali through teletherapy but plan to go back to see her after the dangers of the virus subside. She has been steadfast and I appreciate her willingness to continue my services by video. She has been professional and for me very helpful.
