Never had a problem with the doctor or the staff. They listen and act on what you tell them. He has managed my pain for a couple of years and has allowed me to live a good life

Dr Jack Berndt is now in Bend Oregon at Summit Health Solutions. His office staff and administrators are the most inefficient, unprofessional, and disorganized I have ever experienced , and I have been to numerous pain management doctors in 4 states for a bad lower back. If you need timely, professional and caring service, this is not the practice to get it.
