Reffered to this Dr via my DR with Core Source Insurance..spent 20 min filling out detailed history which he never discussed in detail..did the 5 pt neuro check. .told me to get CPK blood test..had to ask front desk to give me RX for the test ( no on site lab)...Left his office questioning his care for me....He then sent me a letter 4 weeks latter said test neg nothing more he could do ...In A LETTER...Really...I still have weak muscle cramping arms and legs and feel like a bus has run over me...My life has drastically changed in the past year and I am not better but worse....I needed answers and someone to be thorough with me....He is an insult to his profession..
