BEWARE their business practices. They did not inform me about equipment options, they forced me to rent from them. They sold me additional equipment that insurance wouldn't pay for because it is not medically necessary. They refused when I tried to return it. I certainly won't go back. They just want your money.

First, my original doctor at Sonno left the practice and I wasn't informed about it. Instead I was greeted by a Dr. Alvarez whom I've never seen at my appointment. A large chunk of my chart was missing as well so I had to fill in all the gaps for him. In a nutshell, Dr. Alvarez did not want to hear what I had to say about my sleep apnea condition and what I had researched. I listen to my body. He called my idea for treatment as unnecessary and "over the top" and then questioned me about alleged drug use. I was highly offended as he was adamant that I admit to a blatant lie such as that. He then said all I needed was an RX for Xanax and CPAP (which I had already tried unsuccessfully). I left for a second, third, and fourth opinion (some from leading doctors and surgeons across the country) and my suspicions were confirmed. I was right about what I thought was causing my sleep apnea problems and CPAP and Xanax would not solve it. Dr. Alvarez is better of hanging a "CPAP Supply Store" sign outside his office as I felt I was being sold and not listened to. I'd go elsewhere if you're looking for a doctor that listens.
