In March of this year, I was diagnosed with a torn chest muscle and tendonitis by a emergency room visit for chest pains, and a follow up appointment with a physical therapist for treatment options of this condition. I sustained these injuries at my occupation as a ramp service agent (loading and unloading of luggage on aircrafts) over the period of a year. To qualify for workman's comp on my companys insurance, I was required to be seen by a doctor on their policy, thus I went to Concentra Urgent Care on Howell to be seen. Cindy quickly told me that my story wasn't true, and that I didn't have a strained chest muscle or tendonitis, that what I had was costochondritis due to sleeping on my chest wrong*. She offered me no treatment options whatsoever for this "condition", and advised me to go to a free clinic.

Because of her misdiagnosis, and ignoring the diagnosis of others in her profession, I lost my ability to receive treatment for these issues under my employer and due to this I was forced to resign from my position.

I would not recommend this woman to my worst enemy.

*I sleep on my back.

Been with her 6 years and she a very busy doctor and in demand. Yet, she still takes time to listen and treat me well. I prefer waiting for her over going to an urgent care or seeing less busy doc because I trust her.

Very good physician- needs to sometimes LISTEN more to patient, but tries to explain issues/tx/meds. Insurance was used but not listed on the options above

Very knowledgeable and informative. I've had several doctors and she was the best. Great listener, and then answering in terms I can understand. I had many questions and she answered them all. She is very kind and truly compassionate. Great skin surgery techniques! She's in high demand, but if she can't see me, at least she or her nurse would get back to me.

She had to reschedule my appointment THREE times in a row last year. You have to schedule an appointment months in advance, so you can understand how frustrating it was to have it pushed back an additional two months. Very nice doctor, but always in a hurry.

Overcharged for diagnosis. She only spent 10 minutes with me. Rude, and arrogant. I waited for 45 minutes before getting into exam room.
