Dr. Timothy Jung and his office are the ABSOLUTE WORST, UNCARING, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL people ever. I WILL FILE A FORMAL MEDICAL BOARD COMPLAINT. They are a DISGRACE to the medical profession!!! Dr. Jung and his nurses hurt my father's ear incredibly bad just suctioning out fluid. It has been a few days since the procedure and he is now in AGONIZING PAIN. This is the worst pain he's ever felt in his life -- and my father has a very high pain tolerance. NORMALLY, A DOCTOR WILL FOLLOW UP WITH HIS PATIENTS AFTER A PROCEDURE AND WILL HAVE THE COMMON DECENCY AND PROFESSIONALISM TO PROVIDE AN EMERGENCY AFTER-CARE NUMBER TO REACH HIM REGARDING COMPLICATIONS SUCH AS THIS!!! This is the usual standard of care! So my father called, the receptionist was rude (look at all the other reviews complaining about her), transferred him to a "nurse" who had a disgusting, ugly attitude and tone and she flippantly told him, "DR. JUNG DOESN'T TAKE PHONE CALLS." Dr. Jung damages a person's ear and doesn't have the common courtesy to just check in on them and fix his own blunders? Or just to give him advice? That's his goddamn JOB! Ridiculous. Then this miserable ogre of a woman told him to wait 3 WEEKS for a follow-up appointment. Not to mention, on the day of the procedure, my father was seen 1.5 hours late. It is abundantly clear that Dr. Jung and his office staff simply treat patients as a number: cha-ching, cha-ching!! All they care about is money. I am beyond appalled by Dr. Timothy Jung and his abhorrent staff, and I will be filing a formal Medical Board Complaint. Please, for the love of all things holy, do NOT see this doctor or let your loved ones see this doctor ever!!!

I saw him many years ago and found his explanations difficult to understand. Dr Jung was booked out 3 months. I saw a different doctor. This staff is terrible. Some hassle checking out, telling me they didn't have a paper that wasn't there. Although he ordered a biopsy it was not in the system for 5 days. Then when they said they had the physicians network had no record of the referral request. I had office staff that were rude. It is Dr Jungs office but the staff are not warm and they don't follow through but say they have.
