Over crowded lobby, its seems to be about quanity not quality, the nurses are rude when asked questions, you can barely get anyone to answer the phone and if you leave a message it takes days to call you back if they even call you back. they had had a birthday party in the office and when I interrupted it I got asked what did I want in a very hateful manner, and couldnt even fully ask my question before I was rudely interrupted and told to go to a different area where I got sent back to the place I was to begin with, if you have an appointment to see the dr, you never see him, I have only seen the man 2 times in 3 years, so I have to ask who is the one getting the money from the insurance company for the doctors service since he isnt the one perfoming any services, just his nurses and they cant even perform a simple bp reading accurately, something needs to be done so other patients can get better care, I have switched doctors and didnt need half the meds he was prescribing
