office staff was very rude, was only 5 minutes late but took 10 minutes to check in, was told we would not be seen. receptionist told us dr was running behind, my son was the first patient of the day 0800 appointment, secretary told us that doctor was not behind but that dr was with the 0830 patient. but the first time we were here for my other son we waited 30 minutes past his appoinmet time to be seen. had another appointment to go to so we were told to come back and they could work him in. came back at 10:30, checked in. few minutes later was asked if we realized it was a 1300 appointment time, said no, clerk said secretary told us it was for 1pm, said no no one told us anything, no calls no nothing. asked to speak with office manager, got secretary again. Secretary claimed she called us, (all the while making inappropriate facial expressions) when ask what number she read off a number that was totally wrong, not even right area code. asked again to speak to office manager, I tried explaining our frustrations, she tried interrupting me and talking over me, forcing me to raise my voice to be heard, threatened to call security! finally got in to see dr, he was quite rude to my aunt, told her she knew the rules that she had been there before, but no she hadn't, she dosnt even live in this state! anyway, allergy test came back negative, just like my other sons test. but yet they continue to have all the symptoms of allergies and get relief from medication. Scott and white is the worst healthcare providers we have ever seen! This coming from two people who work in healthcare for many years.

Rude, laughed at me when he asked what was wrong and I told him what my G. P. had said, sneered, implied I was a liar, didn't treat me at all, or suggest what I do when my allergies were bad.
Reception was extremely rude. I'll never go back.
