Worse first visit in my life .. nuse told me to shut up and b still ( I ask why can't I talk she said I'm trying vto take ya blood pressure I stated well it's electric reader she said again shut up and b still up I saidg andp get the mgr she oh it did top there but dr chesser and his nurse iss the pits im not gonna say to much I was totally violated and it's not letting me rest i got lett higher people mo what how I was treated even I then humiliated by Loretta Goodman CEO I'm glad camera there

Dr. Chesser is wonderful and my whole family goes to him as a GP. His nurse, however, is unfailingly impolite, insulting and totally lacking in manners or compassion. If I ever change GP's, it will be due to her unprofessionalism. I sincerely hope Dr. Chesser reads this and takes steps to manage this situation.

I called a week ago for an appointment . The receptionist informed me that she would have to " check with Dr. Chesser to see if he was excepting new patients { as this Ratemds.com website says that he is taking new patients. Well, today I got a call back from the rather snooty receptionist informing me that Dr. Chesser will not accept me for a patient. I have Medicare insurance and I told the girl on phone that they are snobs for turning down a 60 yr. old woman that needs some lab work ordered from a ( real) doctor. Do not believe the lies on this site about doctors.

I've used Dr Chesser for years. Because he does not work in a group, he does not over book appointments and therefore, wait tiems are acceptable. His office staff is always friendly and efficient and they DO call you back. Dr Chesser is nice, listens well, and follows through.

He was the on call doctor for my pcp and was very unhelpful and rude.
