This guy was rude! Rude! I'd say worse, but it won't let me. You get the idea.... He came in and arrogantly said that he had reviewed my chart thoroughly, then told me, "we should test your thyroid." I said, well I have hypothyroidism and am being treated for it, its in my chart. Then insulted my internist by saying that she wasn't "worth the price of admission." Then he began to badger me about my weight, and when I said that I have been recovering from adrenal fatigue, and hypothyroidism--he angrily told me that I would never get pregnant. He had his nurse have me a take a pregnancy test, and then no one came to tell me what the result was so I would know whether to take the Rx he gave me or not! When I went to ask at the nurses station, they were rude and said, "we would have told you if it was positive. You should know that!" I was scared and having issues for the first time, and they laughed at me when I walked away. I got in the car and cried. This guy is a disgrace to the profession! He should be ashamed of himself treating women the way he does.

Wonderful doctor. After seeing him, I couldn't go to any other Gyno. With my three pregnancies he kept me calm and informed even when the last one was extremely high risk. Best bedside manner.

Parkhill is great, but Dr. Gorman is even better! I've gone to him since he started with Parkhill and both my daughters and my daughter in law see him now. He is very sensitive and knowledgable. His office staff is wonderful too. He has delivered all of my grand children and helped me through an ovarian cyst & hysterectomy. I would recommend him to anyone who wanted the best Dr. there is.

My family has a history of cancer. Maternally most of my people died from cancer. I explained this to his nurse and to him. He did his exam and told me had "found a mass the size of a golf ball on my ovary" He ordered an ultrasound "in a couple of weeks". It may have been sooner. With my history I did not know if I would live to see my kids at Christmas. Needless to say I was a basket case, crying, very little sleep, etc.To me it is cruel when I discovered the testing was done in his office.I should have known that day it was a uterine mass. After the exam,he told me not to worry, come back in 6 months. This time it was the "size of a ping pong ball" and not to worry about it. As of now I still do not know what type of mass it is,does it need to be removed, can it turn cancerous? I am so disgusted with the whole experience I have not followed up with any other OB/Gyn. A positive thing about this MD is he has an excellent bedside manner, it's a shame he has forgotten patients have fears.

I have had such great experiences with Dr. Gorman and his staff. Always willing to listen to my issues and very knowledgable on the advice he gives. I have always had a fear of hospitals and surgery and he has always taken time to fully explain all procedures, as well as to calm my fears. He is also my sisters' doctor and they have always had extremely pleasant experiences too. Dr. Gorman is overall a great, knowledgable, caring, and funny doctor.

Dr. Gorman always puts me at ease. I believe he is a great doctor with a great bedside manner. He delivered my son and I would definitely recommend him. The only downside is the wait time to see him. I have been left sitting in the exam room for over an hour.
