Dr. Daigle isn't the best dermatologist. I went in for my visit in the morning and the staff and employees were great; however, Dr. Daigle wasn't. When he asked me what brought me in today, I explained to him the issues I was having on my skin/face. He told me that because I have dark skin (African American), that it was hard to see the blemishes on my face and began to show me a picture of how easy it is to see marks and blemishes on a white face. I was very offended and felt that it was racist. Then, he made a joke saying how does a dark skin person blush and he said a corny joke and gave me a mirror to see my face. Please!! At that point, I was ready to leave! Never did he use his equipment to look at my skin closely to pinpoint the cause of my skin problem and he gave me a diagnosis that he probably gives to everyone with that same issue. He then walked out and left; I wasn't sure if the visit was over or not. I then decided to get up and paid my copayment. At that time, the staff told me that he wanted a follow-up with me. What a waste of time and money!! I will never visit this facility or Dr. Daigle's office ever! I guess everyone had different experiences according to this ratings, but it was a very offensive and uncomfortable visit. I have never experienced anything like this before!!

Dr. Daigle is very good about scheduling quick appointments. Never had to wait more than a few days. Have seen him for 10 years and have never felt hurried during a visit. He answers all questions and is very thorough. He makes very early (6:30AM) morning appointments which is convenient for my work schedule.

Great Staff! Dr was more than willing to take his time and answer all of my questions. He explained in detail and told me if I had any problems just call him. Finally, after all the Dr I have been too I am finally healed!!!!
