Been seeing dr O’Donnell for over a year now and I’m beyond happy with his services! He takes time to answer any and all questions and was absolutely AMAZING during my ear surgery. Highly recommend you see this treasured jewel of the ENT community

This doctor came is clearly agitated. He proceeded to talk over me. He was condescending in tone. He talked about kids dying during tonsil surgery in front of my 5 year old who may potentially need that down the road. What the heck was he thinking. I do not recommend this doctor.

Excellent, smart and thorough! Excellent with my 15 year old son. I felt extremely confident with his care and recommendations for my son who is hearing impaired.

My first visit to this office was a very good experience. Did not have to wait long and everyone was pleasant and efficient. That said, Dr O'Donnell was even better. His bedside manner was authoritative yet reassuring. He listened to what i had to say and gave me great feedback. e was very helpful in assisting me in getting a new updated a-pap machine. I also left my visit with a very positive outlook.

I've seen Dr O'Donnell twice now. Both times, I never felt at all rushed like you do with some doctors. He took the time to listen to what I had to say, and then explain what he thought my symptoms were pointing to, and what he would do to correct it. Very knowledgeable man who conveys things to the patient in an understandable way. I also really liked that while he said surgery was a possibility, he was in no rush to go that route, and instead pursued a path that hopefully would avoid surgery altogether. I don't usually take the time to rate doctors but thought this one was one of the best I've seen. And I've seen a lot of doctors.

He has always treated me with kindness and respect. The office is very much up-to-date with their computerization of everything. The staff is very pleasant and acknowledges your presence when you arrive. Dr. O'Donnell has been punctual, you only have to wait to see him for 10 or 15 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and monitors my condition every 6 months with an ultrasound. He then calls me with results to let me what the next steps might be. He is exceptionally thorough when examining me...he checks ears, nose and throat even though I only have one issue. He is the best ENT I have been to.
