I love this practice! The staff is the best you will find. They work well with the kids as well as the parents. I have had friends tell me their pedatrician talks down to them and has no patients for their child's anxiety. In the 23 years I have taken my children to Dr. Doscher I have never felt that way from any of the doctors or the staff! I also have to add that I have not waited more than 10 mins in the waiting room.

Wonderful practice. Love the staff, they are all very helpful and sweat.
I always seem to walk right in to see the Doctors, I have never had to wait. I think that is the virtue of a small office.
Doctor Doscher has been taking care of my kids since he saw them in the hospital at birth, now my oldest is starting college. He takes a lot of time with my pack of wild animals and is so calm.
He spends a lot of time answering my questions and explaining his thoughts and he often calls to follow up when they are having problems. The kids love him and call him Doctor D.

Never seem to wait, always take me right back.
Knowledgeable and kind and fun with my kids.
Calls back a lot to see how things are going. Great staff.
